Found a bug in a visualization? Want to suggest a topic? Have a correction or a different point of view on an explanation? We'd love to hear from you.

General inquiries

For questions, feedback, or topic suggestions, email [email protected]. We read every message but reply asynchronously — usually within a week. If you're asking about a specific page, please include the URL and the section heading; that makes it much easier to find the relevant context and respond meaningfully.

Bug reports & corrections

Found a factual error or an outdated number? Send the page URL, the specific claim, and ideally the source you're checking against (a linked commit, RFC section, paper page number, or vendor doc). Substantive corrections get an inline correction note describing what changed and when. We do not silently revise pages; if a claim was wrong, we say so on the page so previous readers can recalibrate.

🛠️

Topic requests

The site grows by reader requests as much as by what we want to write about. If there's a database internal, kernel feature, distributed-systems primitive, or interview question you'd like covered, tell us — and explain why you wanted it. Pages anchored to a real engineering question almost always end up sharper than the ones we plan in isolation.

Press & cite-this

You're welcome to cite or link to anything on the site. We don't require notification, but a quick note to [email protected] is appreciated so we can credit you when we update related pages.

🤝

Partnerships & sponsorship

For sponsored content or partnership inquiries, email [email protected]. We do not accept payment that changes the editorial conclusion of a page — protocol comparisons, performance claims, and risk write-ups are never influenced by sponsor relationships. Any commercial content is clearly labeled. See the about page for the full editorial framework.

Frequently asked

Will you take guest posts? Generally no, because maintaining a single editorial voice and a verified-against-source bar across the site matters more than throughput. We do credit substantial contributions clearly when they happen.

Can I republish a page? Short excerpts with attribution are fine. Full republication needs permission — email [email protected] with the intended venue.

Do you offer consulting? Not at the moment. The site is a side project, not a consulting funnel.
